I/O ERROR READING DEVICE
I’m Hollis Potter. No, not the radiologist. The other one. I’ll grant you we look a bit related. We’re not.
I create things. Then I put them here. Some say I am magical. Others, a full walking catastrophe. At best, I’m a magical catastrophe waiting to happen.
You’ll find technical notes I write either for myself or for friends, that assume a lot of specific criteria you, the hapless wanderer, might not meet. I have no intention of making a resource for everyone, just a resource for someone. Is that someone you today? Who knows, maybe!
Sometimes there will be music. Other times something about motorcycle maintenance. Optimistically, even a bit of writing. Oh, and some old home rehabilitation, maybe. I own a 1875 post-civil war Italianate in New England. That’s fun.
You can also find me at akgames.com and hjpmusic.com. This domain was an attempt at a context-agnostic home, after I kept making domains around hobbies I didn’t sustain. It was WordPress, then Pico CMS, then Jekyll, and now Hugo. Maybe it’s time I actually posted content.
There’s an RSS thingie, too. I hear those are all the rage again?
Or maybe Instagram is your thing. I have at least three of those.
Mastodon? Sure, why not: @hoolis@dialup.cafe
